house will be required to sign a purchase & Sale agreement, submit a
10% earnest money deposit, and close within 30 days from acceptance of
Agreement by Seller. 4) A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to both the
real estate and personal property. 5) All personal property must be paid
for before removing from the premises. Method of payment is cash. We will
accept a check for the automobiles. All other items will be cash only.
Title to cars will be given when checks clear the bank. Sales tax must be
