The famous Four Bricks home in
historic Rome, GA once belonged to the Ledbetter Family. Formerly owner,
Mrs. Rosa Ledbetter, is shown below:

Earnest money: a $25,000
Cashier's Check, Letter of Credit, or other pre-approved check will
be required to bid. A personal check will be accepted for the
balance of the 10% earnest money deposit.
Closing: Must occur within 30 days of completed purchase and
